Smile! You just hit a 20kg PR. Congrats to Danielle for joining the 100k Club.
We do not test 1rm’s very often but sometimes it just feels good so you may decide to hang out after class and rip some heavy weight off the ground. Not only did she hit a personal best but she made it look easy. Only great things in the future, next up those darn pesky pull ups.
